W.J.A Fabrication & Construction is a family‑run business based in the heart of Wiltshire, built on strong values, practical expertise, and a genuine commitment to quality. Our Managing Director, Will, oversees every job and brings an exceptionally broad skill set to each challenge. With years of experience across fabrication, construction, and problem‑solving in complex environments, there is very little he hasn’t been able to resolve or find a practical solution for. His involvement ensures every project benefits from clear leadership, technical insight, and a meticulous eye for detail.
We are supported by a highly experienced team of welders, all coded under EN1090 Execution Class 2, guaranteeing the highest standards of quality, compliance, and workmanship. Our groundworks and installation teams are fully CSCS‑registered and draw on a wide range of backgrounds and specialist skills, enabling us to deliver reliable, efficient, and practical solutions across a variety of sites and project types.
Each of our onsite teams includes an SSSTS‑qualified Site Supervisor, along with fully trained operatives holding the appropriate NVQs and site safety certifications. This ensures every project is carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with industry best practice, no matter the scale or complexity.
Many members of our team come from farming backgrounds, bringing a wealth of practical knowledge and a deep understanding of the demands of busy, operational agricultural environments. They are experienced in working around livestock, machinery, and day‑to‑day farm activity, and they appreciate the level of care, coordination, and attention to detail these settings require.
